Companies as well as entrepreneurs and their executive management are increasingly affected by liability-related provisions in company laws, environmental laws and product liability laws aswell as capital market laws or data protection and labour laws, which not rarely endanger a company's economic existence in case of liability claims, and which might be accompanied by criminal law consequences or recourse claims against those
